Portrait: Fluted Column Side Table

Classical forms meet modern aesthetics, our Fluted Column Side Table is the latest addition to our collection.

Fluted Column MoodFluting was a technique popularised by Greek architects making it one of design and architectures oldest forms of surface embellishment, frequently applied to columns, pilasters and walls.

The simple use of these decorative vertical flutes was designed to draw the eye up a structure, to help increase the impression of height and encourage light play.
